Tronciu Winery – ECO Wines, Traditions, and Moldovan Hospitality
Tronciu Winery, founded in 1997 by Nicolae Tronciu in his native village of Pereni, Hâncești, is a family-owned winery that emphasizes tradition, quality, and sustainability. Coming from a long line of winemakers, Nicolae Tronciu has dedicated his life to continuing the legacy of his grandfather, Odajiu, who brought and cultivated the best grape varieties from abroad. Today, the winery produces up to 10,000 bottles annually from five select grape varieties and is in the process of obtaining eco-certification for its wines.

The wines of Tronciu Winery are crafted with passion and respect for the local terroir, offering authentic and natural flavors. Nicolae Tronciu dreams of planting new native grape varieties and opening a modern tasting room to share the story of his wines with visitors. Valentina and Nicolae Tronciu warmly welcome guests to the winery to enjoy every drop of wine, into which they have poured immense effort and dedication.

Tronciu Winery is undergoing the process of eco-certification, reflecting its passion for sustainability and respect for nature. Each bottle tells the story of a family dedicated to the art of winemaking—a modest man who turned his passion into a symbol of authenticity.

The authentic atmosphere is enhanced by the hospitality of the hosts, who share their passion for winemaking and Moldovan traditions. Guests can also savor traditional dishes made from local ingredients, which pair perfectly with the winery’s eco-friendly wines.

Guests can visit the Winery only with prior confirmed reservations. Prices are per person and do not include transport from Chișinău to the winery. Upon request, transportation can be arranged for an additional cost, ensuring a hassle-free journey to the winery.
